My brothers computer encounters boot issues, repeatedly looping before displaying the screen shown in the picture. It often fails to recognize the keyboard and mouse, no matter which USB port is used or if a USB hub is connected. Once the keyboard functions correctly on my PC, it navigates to BIOS without problems and exits. After booting, the system runs flawlessly in all games. The entire startup process doesn’t disrupt him much as long as the game starts within 5 to 10 extra minutes. I suspect there might be a more serious problem lurking behind the scenes. Any assistance or suggestions would be highly valued. Smile

Hi, The motherboard appears to have a debug LED near the 24 pins on the ATX side. That might be helpful. When your PC has trouble booting, check which LED lights up and its color. It typically shows signals for the CPU, DRAM, VGA, and Boot. This could help pinpoint the main problem.
