Greetings, everyone,
My gaming PC has been assembled for approximately six years now, and it’s beginning to feel somewhat dated. Here are the specifications:
Intel i5-4690k processor
Nvidia Gtx780 graphics card
8 gigabytes of RAM
Recently, I've encountered difficulties running several games, notably Assassin’s Creed Unity and Call of Duty Warzone.
Although I can manage the latter by adjusting settings from minimum to higher levels during gameplay (a somewhat peculiar behavior), I am unable to properly run ACU. I have diligently researched potential solutions online, but each time I launch it, after a fluctuating period, it crashes, disabling all other processes and preventing any exit – necessitating a complete system reboot, which I believe isn’t ideal for my hardware.
I've conducted thorough virus scans, updated all drivers, reinstalled the game multiple times, and examined both storage devices for errors; however, no apparent issues have been identified.
Do you possess any insights into this matter? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Execute a thorough removal of driver installations via Device Manager, followed by the installation of the most recent graphics card drivers and any associated manufacturer utilities. If this resolves the problem, proceed with a complete reinstallation of Windows, subsequently installing updated motherboard drivers and graphics drivers.

Execute a thorough removal of display device control software through Device Manager, followed by installing the most recent graphics drivers from the manufacturer's website alongside all relevant motherboard system drivers and graphics drivers. If the problem persists, proceed with a complete reinstallation of Windows accompanied by the latest versions of your graphics drivers and motherboard system drivers.

I’ve conducted a complete DDU removal followed by driver and ACU reinstallation, and the system operated successfully for approximately two hours before encountering a crash. I intend to continue playing over the next few days to assess stability, after which I will determine whether to proceed with a full Windows reinstall or discontinue game play. Thank you for your assistance.

What thermal readings do you observe for your central processing unit and graphics card during periods of inactivity and while engaged in gaming activities?
