Here’s a description of my computer hardware:

My system includes a Gigabyte GA-250M-DV2 motherboard, an Intel Core i5 7400 processor, a ZOTAC RTX 2060 graphics card, 8GB of RAM at 3133MHz speed, and a Samsung 860 EVO SSD with a capacity of 250GB. I primarily play Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and while I achieve approximately 141 to 150 frames per second on the lowest settings and with all features disabled, including multi-core processing, I believe my hardware could perform more optimally. Furthermore, Task Manager indicates that the GPU is only utilizing 30% of its capacity, while the CPU reaches around 60%.

Thank you for your assistance, Oat.

What’s your rationale for utilizing all graphics options at their minimum with a 2060?
Are you disabling your variable refresh rate?
And are you playing in 1080p or 2K, or 4K resolution?
I’m running an i7-8700k, 16GB of 2666MHz RAM with an RTX2060, and I recently installed CSGO, where I’m experiencing frame rates between 190 and 275 with consistently 200-210 frames when encountering opponents – a slight drop in performance is likely to be expected.

Currently, I really prefer playing with reduced graphics settings—it’s simply a personal choice—and I'm gaming at 1080p without using vertical synchronization.

Additionally, I neglected to mention that I possess a Corsair CX550M power supply with 550 watts.

I concur that your frame rate is insufficient for your system, and it seems peculiar that you're experiencing diminished performance when utilizing multi-core rendering.

Could you confirm whether your frames consistently remain within the 140-150fps range across all maps? Do you encounter any dips below this threshold?

What level of performance do you observe in other games?

Low GPU utilization is generally standard for CSGO; it's predominantly driven by CPU load, particularly at reduced settings.

It’s now significantly worse, and I don't have any other games to play at the moment. My scores are consistently around 125 across all maps.
