I assembled this system in early January and it starts up and functions occasionally. The CPU and DRAM indicators illuminate when I power it on, but sometimes the boot fails completely and the lights remain on. After turning it off and unplugging the PSU, it works again. This behavior seems unusual. What steps should I take to resolve it? Hardware: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-core processor, Thermalright Phantom Spirit cooler, MSI B650 GAMING PLUS motherboard, TEAMGROUP T-Create memory, TEAMGROUP MP44L SSD, Gigabyte OC Radeon RX 7800 XT graphics card, Montech AIR 903 case, Corsair RM750e power supply.
