Hello there, I've been using Windows 11 since its release, but I'm facing a problem I just can't solve. I've noticed others discussing it too. I use Bluetooth headphones that don't rely on third-party software like Steelseries or Razer—they depend on the Windows 11 Bluetooth driver. My motherboard lacks built-in Bluetooth support, so I use a small TP-Link Bluetooth dongle. When I open any game, the headphones stop working and emit no sound. It looks like the Bluetooth driver crashes. Other headphones, such as the Steelseries Arctis 7, functioned properly on Windows 10 devices, including my laptop, desktop, and Samsung S10 with Android 9. This issue seems exclusive to Windows 11 for me. The headphones I'm using are: Roxel H550 BT. I've seen a post with a similar/exact problem that you referenced.
I once had a USB Bluetooth dongle and moving it to the rear motherboard ports solved all my connection problems. I used to plug it into the front port for better access, but it would disconnect often. After someone suggested using the motherboard port, I reinstalled the drivers and everything worked perfectly—no issues this year!
