I experienced another bluescreen on my new PC while playing a game. The first one was a week ago. Windows seems updated, and I installed GPU drivers yesterday. My chipset is up to date, and temperatures are normal. The message displayed was "system service exception" with "dxgmms2.sys" mentioned nearby. After restarting, I saw a desktop error about a memory issue. Could this be related to defective RAM from Corsair, or is there another problem since dxgmms2 is linked to the GPU? Despite those two incidents, my PC boots normally in 20-30 seconds, runs without freezing, and the BIOS is current. Specifics: Gigabyte Vision D B550, Ryzen 5600X, EVGA 3080 Xc3, Corsair Lpx Vengeance 8x2 at 3200MHz CL16, Corsair RM 750 80+ Gold, PSU Cruical P1 SSD M.2, NH-D15.

It’s probable the RAM is faulty, this could occur.

Alternatively, the motherboard might not be supplying enough power to the RAM. Review the BIOS settings and verify that the RAM voltage is configured at 1.35V. If it's not correctly set, defective RAM is probably the cause.

I checked the bios and confirmed the RAM voltage is correct. You don’t need to change it unless you’re experiencing issues.

The specified RAM voltage is correct. Increasing it to 1.35V might resolve the blue screens. Running a diagnostic test afterward could reveal any errors after the voltage change.
