I've observed my Windows 10 desktop making faint static sounds during volume changes. The issue appears when adjusting levels from zero to full, even with different headsets. After uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers, the problem continued. I also tested using other audio outputs and a Surface Pro 4, but it didn't occur there. It seems the problem might be related to my motherboard. I'm unsure how to resolve it.

Ensure your PC is grounded when needed, especially during adjustments or playback. It doesn’t happen while playing.

Grounding your PC involves connecting it to a power outlet with three prongs—two for electricity and one for grounding. The setup may vary depending on the country.
