Experiencing a stutter while maintaining stable FPS and ping indicates an issue unrelated to network performance.
I've observed this unusual stuttering or jerking effect in games lately—it's not obvious in the video but becomes clear when playing, making aiming much more difficult. It doesn't happen right away; it develops after a few minutes of play. My FPS isn't the issue either. The thermal readings are normal and my ping was low during gameplay. I think the problem began after upgrading from an FX 6300 to an i5 3570K, though I've also been doing a clean Windows install on a new SSD since then. Other factors like CPU performance aren't the cause. The issue is most apparent in the video at bombsite b. https://ufile.io/0p7vv. I've tried using VSync and reinstalled graphics drivers, but nothing has worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
