The issue with my PC involves it entering a partially stopped condition right after the fans start spinning up (even without any workload) and then fully freezing. In this state, I can still interact with windows, refresh pages, or open Explorer, but I’m unable to view task manager details or run monitoring tools. All activity in the task manager appears frozen. This behavior doesn’t happen during intense gaming or light usage. It typically arises after using the computer for a few hours (usually 7-8) and then engaging in browser browsing or internet browsing. The problem occurs randomly, about three times a week or once a week now, and I can anticipate it beforehand because of the loud fan noise and the monitoring software stopping. I can move items around but can’t play videos, browse sites, or launch apps. Once it fully freezes, I have to restart the PC to get it working again. I’ve searched online, but no one has reported exactly the same situation as mine. Hopefully, someone can help me resolve this.
