I'm setting up several 11600KF units for a client. For each machine I perform multiple Intel Burn Test cycles while HWMonitor tracks temperatures. Most units stabilize around 130 watts on the "Package" power setting. A few, like this one, hit 160 watts and exceed 100°C! The test automatically ended. Could it be that the lower-power models were overheating without proper cooling, while the higher-wattage unit actually performed well but lacked adequate cooling? Or is the high-wattage model itself the issue? No overclocking is enabled; only XMP is applied to the 3200MHz 16GB RAM.
