Hi, I've been facing screen tearing in Minecraft even when I set the FPS cap to 60. It happens regardless of whether I'm using Optifine, shaders, or a texture pack. I've tried restarting my PC and reinstalling the game, but it didn't fix the issue. I'm reaching out for advice since I really need assistance. Appreciate it!

Enable VSync. If it's already active, navigate to the Nvidia Control Panel to adjust the pre-rendered frames.

I've already attempted VSync without success. It seems the issue might be related to the driver update you recently installed.

Sure, try to reduce the intensity if you can. Numerous individuals have faced issues with drivers, though not to the extent you're currently experiencing.
