When playing the game, one in every four or five frames slows down and appears as stuttering or hesitation. I reset the overclock, but it didn’t help. I got a new GPU (1050ti) and RAM, reinstalled drivers, and have the latest ones. The CPU temperature stays at 73°C max, while the GPU reaches around 43°C. I use one case fan and a stock CPU cooler. I recently bought a Lenevo H50 desktop with a 750ti and an i7 4790, along with a Lenevo Sharkbay MOBO (no heat sink), a Western Digital 1TB drive, and some Samsung SSDs. I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost a year, trying almost everything, and I’m hoping the problem lies elsewhere. Please help me resolve it. Also, my FPS drops significantly when one frame drags out, making gameplay difficult.

After reviewing this and your previous discussions, here are my recommendations:
* Check if the issue stems from GPU or CPU by using a monitoring tool to track their usage percentages. Identify which component spikes during stuttering.
* If CPU usage is low while GPU usage is high, adjust graphics settings to a lower level and modify NVidia 3D settings for performance mode, turning off any power-saving features.
* If CPU usage is high and GPU is low, close all unnecessary applications and services, then reduce the settings of demanding games.
* Use LatencyMon to investigate whether driver updates could be causing the problem.
* If you prefer a quicker solution without extensive troubleshooting, consider reinstalling Windows on a spare drive.
Unless there are clear hardware issues, I doubt replacing the MOBO based on guesswork will resolve the problem.

* Check if the issue stems from GPU or CPU by observing their usage percentages with a monitoring tool. Identify which rate increases during stuttering.
* If CPU usage is low while GPU usage is high, adjust graphics settings to a lower level and modify NVidia 3D settings for performance mode, turning off any power-saving features.
* If CPU usage is high and GPU is low, close all unnecessary applications and services, then reduce CPU-intensive game settings slightly.
* Use LatencyMon to test if driver updates could be the cause.
* If you prefer not to spend much time troubleshooting, try reinstalling Windows on a spare drive.
Unless there are clear signs of hardware problems, I doubt replacing the MOBO based on guesswork will help.
