Run a bufferbloat evaluation to see if congestion causes packet loss under heavy load. https://www.bufferbloat.net/projects/blo...fferbloat/ This resource offers additional details.

Link your machine via cable and your screen through Wi-Fi (channel N). The wired setup usually takes precedence, while Wi-Fi channel N must remain no more than one-third of your overall bandwidth.

Please use the desktop version of the site. I've included a screenshot of a bufferbloat test I ran on Android recently.

I'm checking for performance issues on Netflix. The game might feel slower, or characters could appear to teleport, but the overall system should still run smoothly.

Even streaming in 4K on two TVs simultaneously shouldn’t overload the link, meaning showing bufferbloat at full capacity isn’t always the issue. It would be better to run your own speed tests during the problem, since experiencing bufferbloat even without maximum usage could be a valid point to discuss with your provider—it shouldn’t occur naturally. Bufferbloat happens when outgoing data gets stuck in the router due to lack of space. If there’s still room, it shouldn’t happen unless your ISP is causing it.

ill try that right nowSmile on to netflix and poe for once ( havent done that in ages because of lag) right now, no problems oddly enough though latency tends to jump to 50/60ms and every now and than i get a stutter in frames but thats it atm.

It's tricky because you can't always tell what your ISP is doing. They might speed up your connection for tests but slow down services like Netflix, which could affect everything if that happens. I'd suggest checking 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 since they're generally dependable.
