I verified both slots with new, functional RAM and confirmed no issues. The CMOS reset was done properly, just as I had done many times before when adjusting the RAM settings. There was no power loss—just a completely dead board at this point.
Perhaps with my board, the DRAM voltage is close to the SOC voltage. If you accidentally raise the SOC voltage, it could damage the board, though they usually handle it well. Got it. Putting the BIOS on a USB drive and connecting it to the PC—especially through the mainboard’s USB port—should trigger M-Flash automatically.
It seems the available guides only mention launching M-Flash inside the BIOS. The driver for your board isn’t designed to be bootable, so you’ll need to follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully.
I attempted all USB ports, yet it didn't function. I'm accepting that I damaged the motherboard and will proceed with an RMA.
