Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my PC. It's been acting weird lately—games slow down a lot when I play, and I see huge spikes in render times and zero CPU usage. When I switch tabs or press the win key, it usually fixes things. This issue started recently while playing Cyberpunk 2077 with ETS 2. My system specs are: i7-9700k, 16GB Corsair RAM, RTX 3070 Ti, 250GB NVMe SSD, 1TB NVMe 2TB HDD. I don't know what's causing it, any tips would be super helpful.
