Following the installation of Windows 11 as a secondary OS on my laptop caused boot-up delays. After removing Win 11, only Windows 10 remained, but the issue persisted. I attempted a full reinstall of Windows 10 without success. The startup process now shows spinning dots under the HP logo for about ten seconds before slowing down. It wasn’t an issue before. I tried using Startup Repair with a few command-line commands, but nothing resolved it. Any suggestions? My machine has a Ryzen 5 5500, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD.
