When I first began using my PC, it would often freeze unexpectedly. Occasionally the audio would play briefly, other times it would stutter or stop completely. I checked the Reliability reports weekly and noticed the issue began three weeks prior, even though there was a hardware problem four weeks earlier. Now it usually happens 3 to 4 times when I start my PC in the evening. After some time it stops, allowing hours of play without issues, but the next day it returns. It seems to be a "MoAppCrash" from Microsoft.SkypeApp. My computer shows Skype is missing after installation or removal, and changing admin access didn’t help. The reports are in German, but I can translate them if anyone wants to review them. Anyone have any suggestions?
