Usually anything above 1.3V is considered high. Around 1.4V is the typical safe limit for most people. The issue is that at such high voltages, it forces more current into the IMC. But if it functions and you remain stable, it's probably a win for you.

I thought 1.45 was a stable long-term voltage, but I wanted to push it a bit more to adjust the timing since 3600MHz feels a bit rough.

I just notified the warranty contact about it. It seems to soften when exposed to XMP, so they should either repair it, offer a refund, or send a replacement.
