I've attempted to reinstall it and check the game cache, but it hasn't worked. It launches with a black screen and no audio. I've also tried using "-autoconfig" and "-window" settings.

Consider removing the cfg folder and checking the game cache again. Create a backup if you have any autoexec files that require saving before proceeding.
