Sure, the main character should be okay despite the bad situation. They might not understand why the CPU is built this way or that stress testing isn't typical use.

Thanks a lot! I tried reversing the cooling direction and noticed minimal improvement. I rebuilt it in the opposite order again since it seemed better. After making that change, I observed a clear temperature shift between 3-5°, exactly what I needed. Thanks to everyone for your help!
