Hello! You want to use Logic Pro X on your Windows laptop without buying a Mac. Many people suggest using a virtual emulator. Since you're not very tech-savvy, someone could guide you through the process if you need help. Updated July 27, 2020 by LogicalDrm

To use the latest versions of macOS isn't feasible within a virtual machine, according to my understanding. Apple has addressed many attempts to achieve this. The only viable option is a hackintosh, which means you or someone else must already own a Mac. Unfortunately, it's a restrictive environment—Apple's ecosystem is designed as a closed system.

It would rely heavily on your equipment, and you probably would have to clear your storage device beforehand. Plus, it violates the rules, so for any formal use it’s best not to proceed.

I know someone with a Mac who might need an OS file. It’s challenging, but they probably can’t afford a whole laptop just for one program.

Apple aims to acquire a solution for the issue on Windows by purchasing a device. It’s advisable to explore alternatives or consider less reliable virtualization tools. Running a translation layer on Linux could be a viable option, as Linux and macOS have many shared core functionalities. This approach might allow macOS compatibility similar to how WINE works for Windows apps.
