Executing CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT multiple times consistently.
I would attempt that, though the problem remains consistent—either irql_not_less_or_equal or clock_watchdog appears repeatedly. I can transfer the dump files to platforms like Discord, WhatsApp, or any accessible location. Once I have the files, I can open Discord to paste them and then upload them from my laptop. Before the pasting finishes or even when Discord loads, I encounter a BSOD. With Windows running, this happens almost every time. When trying to upload via my PC using a browser, I haven’t succeeded until after the installation media is set up and the motherboard screen says "Getting things ready." That caused the installation to stall, requiring a full restart. Now I’m stuck at the login screen for my Microsoft account, adjusting settings, and still facing clock_watchdog_timeout repeatedly—sometimes three times. I’ve disconnected both SATA SSD and HDD, kept only the 500 GB M.2 drive with the OS, but it still fails. Removing peripherals doesn’t help either. I’m stuck in a frustrating loop.
Here are the most recent Minidump files available. Please share your thoughts, as it's been about two weeks and I'm still trying to figure things out. It seems the issue might be with the motherboard, though it looks new and is covered under warranty. I've checked all components except the board, but let me know what others discover from the dump files. I also tried a different GPU today and still encountered IRQL errors around 3-4 times and a CLOCK WATCHDOG trigger once.
No, it isn't limited to Chrome. It could also occur with Edge or other browsers.
