I own an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, ASUS ROG Strix X470-F, and a CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro with 32GB RAM (4x8GB). I’m unsure how to set my RAM to run at 3200 MHz stable. I feel completely new to overclocking.

Yes, it should still be acceptable. Changing the speed manually to 3200MHz without using XMP is generally fine.
