Hello, I set up ProtonVPN on my laptop successfully. However, when connecting to my home network with the OpenVPN client, I lose internet access. I realize I need a configuration change to allow running both VPNs simultaneously. Let me know if you'd like help with that.

Switch off one option and turn on another. It’s simple—just configure your home network to use Proton and access the service through it, which allows for multi-hop connectivity.

I’m linking from work to your home network. Your laptop has the ProtonVPN and OpenVPN clients ready, but you need to switch between them one at a time.

For connecting your home network while at work, OpenVPN is a good choice. It differs from NordVPN in that ProtonVPN doesn’t offer a “mesh” activation option.
