Now that I've witnessed real gameplay, I'm thrilled. As long as EA doesn't pull a WatchDogs, here are the new videos in 1080p at 60fps if you missed them. Hoth https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXU5k4U8x20 Tatooine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lg_ht2GfQJU I'm disappointed there aren't any space battles, but it seems like it would be exciting.
20v20 battles focus on compact maps without large-scale combat or driving ATATs. It's a letdown overall. Both BF3 and 4 faced netcode problems, turning multiplayer into a chore. The engine is the same as previous titles, so I doubt it will be an improvement.
What's going on? You think they'd let you drive those AT-AT Walkers? Why would they let you see them and let them see you control them? ;-;
Do you understand what they mean? No exaggeration here. Hype is harmful and exists solely to push products using limited details. It seems really let down right now, and all the information points toward another big sale, just with a Star Wars name attached. The only positives I can mention are the visuals and the audio design. That's it.
They displayed user-controlled Atari in the game. It might not have been thrilling, but you probably didn’t watch the trailer or missed it entirely.
The battlefield now features a fresh look with intense laser sounds. They also introduced third person, though it didn’t really stand out.
I'm looking for a more immersive experience without the full-scale chaos of battlefronts. Short play sessions would be great. The sound design is amazing, the graphics are impressive, and playing a Star Wars game with such detail has always been something I've dreamed of.
You fire, it remains on rails. That's different. Mostly just opinion—“more isn’t better” isn’t a solid point when it clearly resonates with many. It’s a weak excuse for a debate, nothing more. 20v20 falls flat. No space combat, which is a significant setback. Still no playable ATATs, another step back. That’s all I meant, and it still holds. Try again.
