I was using it and the mouse stopped working after the red light turned off, though some side lights stayed on. I plugged it in again and it seemed to charge, but then the side lights stopped and it displayed a solid red stop sign—no flashing. It looks like it’s not charging at all now. I tried using a different cable and still got no response. I’m not sure what caused this, but it’s definitely not working properly.
The wireless model only worked for just over a week. I rarely update Windows or keep the mouse current. While playing, the mouse stopped working after a short time, cutting out mid-use. It won’t turn on now, even when plugged in. I’m unsure if the cable might have damaged the charging port. Since I’m not a big player and move my mouse often, I’m wondering if it could be from handling or pulling on the device.
I also switched to a different cable (the one for my keyboard), but it seems to be functioning properly with that setup too.
Have you tried finding a resolution? I'm still facing the same issue.
