Your bottom forward fan in your cooling system is making a buzzing noise when it starts up, almost as if something is stuck in the blades. You've confirmed there are no obstructions, but the issue persists. This fan is part of an Artic cooling P12 fluid dynamic bearing case, and it changes volume quickly around 1000 RPM. What could be causing this problem?

The fan is likely several years old, possibly showing signs of bearing wear.

6 months old, it's an affordable fan priced at $8.99 in the US.

It possibly lightly touches the case during winding; adding a small spacer could help. A half-millimeter should suffice.

It would tap the case at the designated area for activation.

It seems the area beneath the mounting isn't an open space but a woven structure.

There is no mesh present, but a large opening exists; the Lian Li Lancool 2 model needs that area covered with mesh to be fixed.

Loosen it slightly and grip it with your fingers on the side, keeping it outside the case. Does it produce sound? If yes, likely a worn bearing—reach out to Arctic or the seller. If not, it might be striking something invisible.

It becomes more apparent at over 1190 RPM, producing a similar tone when you position your ear near it, thanks for the assistance.
