You can transfer your full drive to another computer without reinstalling everything. There are tools that let you clone the OS and files, so you can move everything safely over Wi-Fi.

You'll need to perform a complete system reset involving Windows, games, and applications. There isn't a workaround or shortcut to resolve this problem—it's due to how Windows communicates with the hardware, making it tied to that specific configuration.

It should function properly. The operating system will start, and the games will begin. You'll need to clean and install drivers frequently, and unexpected bugs or warnings may appear occasionally. During the installation process, various components are added for your specific hardware. Switching storage devices is generally not recommended due to the effort involved.

You can move your files between the two Windows 8.1 Pro machines using file transfer tools or cloud services. A clean installation on one machine can be installed on the other by copying files manually or leveraging backup solutions.

I need a comprehensive manual that covers the topic thoroughly. Currently, my abilities are strong in many areas, but clarifying complex ideas often leads to confusion for others.

For Steam titles it works fine. You might have to check your cache and game setup folders in the settings, but that’s all.

I transferred my HDD to another computer, waited a bit, then saw the Windows 8 loading screen and heard it say "getting devices ready." After some time, it booted up and everything functions correctly. It’s just not turned on yet, which isn’t a problem for me.
