Well... these mounts seem unlikely to function properly. On the positive side, the fans already had silicone anti-vibration mounts, so that might not be a major issue. At this stage, make sure everything is securely fastened; if not, you’ll have to either accept the situation or swap out the fans entirely (or disconnect them). The fans likely have imbalances and vibrate, which limits what you can do. You’ll probably need to replace them with better options.
