I'm struggling heavily with audio problems on my Dell XPS 15 9510. I'm using the 11900H, RTX 3050ti, 1080p (non-oled) setup with Windows 11 and Focusrite Scarlett 2i2/18i20. Audio drops frequently occur when plugged into AC power, even without being connected. It also happens when idle. My system temperature spikes to 90-100°C while plugged in, though it idles normally. CPU temps rise similarly. I've tested everything—new cables, different ports, disabled Intel Speedstep, updated drivers, skipped Safe Mode, changed sample rates—but nothing works. I even tried a different MacBook Pro and the problem vanished. It causes frequent, annoying audio interruptions that are hard to fix. I'm desperate and can't afford to replace my current setup. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I understand if the situation was confusing. The problems you're facing with your audio interfaces appear to stem from power-related issues, and switching soundcards isn't a reliable fix.

Besides switching to a different operating system, you mentioned the USB sound card performs similarly, so I don't see much room for improvement.
