Hey everyone, from the title it looks like I’m encountering kmode_exception_not_handled without a crash (reported by WhoCrashed). Instead of a BSOD, my PC tends to freeze and restart, loading the MOBO logo into Windows as if I just powered it back on, even when nothing intensive is running. This issue seems to have started after I changed my case and added some Lian Li infinity fans and Asia horse cable extensions to both my MOBO and GPU. The problem occurs occasionally—just once or twice a day, no matter how busy things are. I’ve tried updating the BIOS, chipset, Windows 10, and GPU drivers. Also ran Windows Memory Diagnostic (no errors with EXPO at 6000mhz CL30) and re-seated my RAM. Unfortunately, I don’t have spare parts to test everything separately, so I’m feeling stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WJz8DZ

No cache issues detected, but I don’t have a dedicated X3D processor.

These chips face problems with their V-Cache, which affects the X3D component, causing instability. A BIOS update should resolve this, but if it doesn’t, return the device to AMD and request a replacement.

I've already changed my bios to version 21, but the problem persists. I might return the chip to AMD if I can't resolve it further.

Turn off quick boot in both the control panel and BIOS settings as well, check if it improves the situation

I also performed a reset of my RAM to the default settings. I'll update tomorrow morning. Appreciate the guidance!

Recent Update: My computer stopped working even after turning off EXPO and fast startup. The next step I’m considering is rebooting my BIOS again, this time using the QFlash tool rather than the GCC app as I did for BIOS f21. Progress is good so far; I plan to update later.

If you continue experiencing issues, navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump and verify the presence of any minidump files. Should be found, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (desktop works if OneDrive isn't syncing). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to the provided steps since Windows discourages file manipulation at this path.
