You meant to ask how you understand this, but I’m not very familiar. I think I fixed the problem by turning off the driver signature. I’ll keep watching the PC from now on. Thanks.

WppRecorder.sys is a system file. Usually I'd say Windows is corrupted, but from what I know you reinstalled your OS and the issue persists. That means you either need to overclock your system (poorly) or manually format your drive with the wrong allocation unit size, which caused Windows file compression to fail because it doesn<|pad|>, now breaking the OS.

I resolved the problem by turning off the driver signature and updating all drivers. No BSOD has appeared again yet. Thanks.
