I purchased the Helios 500 for its all-around performance, and it functions well in most games except DOOM 2016. On ultra settings, I’m getting 90–150 FPS, but it stutters when my settings drop below 9. I’m unsure why this happens and there’s no clear explanation online. I’d like to understand how to adjust it and what might be causing the issue.

No, I don't use either OpenGL or Vulkan API.

It lowers MS from 16 to 12-5, though stuttering remains. I feel extremely disoriented when MS hits 5 and everything runs smoothly for just a moment before returning to 11ms. Edit: cutscenes stay at 60 fps.

The 9.12 ms in the frame equals Seconds Per Frame measured in milliseconds. The smaller the value, the better the smoothness.

It seems your CPU is having issues. Have you come across any solutions or fixes for this? Note: others report similar problems with this issue. Video:
