It's just for those who value steam milestones to install the program. I don’t know anyone who truly appreciates these accomplishments. It’s not the best (I believe Afterburner has that edge), but it works well on its own.

They're saying those 1.9% are like: "I'm about to achieve this!" *speeds everything up* *coolers fail* *the place gets hot* 11/10 IGN loses it with accuracy
It existed earlier with a high degree of accuracy but needed removal due to copyright issues that should have been resolved at version 16. It still lacks many features it once provided.
However, I don't see the value in those accomplishments. Or could it be that EVGA is planning: "Yes, they attempt to push their GPU's clock speeds up to 2GHz and eventually risk damaging them, so they should purchase a replacement, which is a smart move."
