It took some time to figure out why VLC player and PopCorn Time would crash frequently. The issue seems linked to EVGA Precision X V5, so you’ll need to turn them off if you want to watch videos locally. This should help others facing the same problem.

The afterburner appears dated from around 1999, which feels outdated. Evga addressed some issues with precision 15 but released it too soon. Using it carries risks—stick to version 4.2 if you want safety.
