For roughly two months, my computer mostly stays on, only briefly powering off for about five seconds after turning it on. After that, it turns back on easily. This issue hasn’t happened before in the past two years of ownership. I’ve adjusted the SoC voltage from 1.05 to 1.1 and the DRAM voltage from 1.308 to 1.35, but I’m still unsure what’s causing it.

Check how much power your PSU currently provides and consider getting a higher-wattage one from someone you know, like a friend or neighbor.

The PSU should be around 2 years old. I've been using it for two years now and it has never experienced any issues with supporting load.
