The fix involves adjusting MaxUserPort and TcpTimedWaitDelay, which seems to alleviate the problem. On a related note, they use Google App Sync for email and have experienced sync failures requiring manual retries after initial attempts often fail. Once I applied those changes to one machine, the error ceased and persisted for five days before resurfacing again—despite no sync issues earlier or later. It's puzzling that both issues appeared simultaneously after a registry update five days prior. Their systems run SBS 2011 essentials with some specialized software, though not all machines have the necessary updates installed. I haven't had time to test netstat or write a script to capture network activity at the moment. If anyone has insights on these steps or related commands, please let me know.
