Samsung SSDs cost too much, high-end mid-range cards are similarly expensive, and the power supply unit performs poorly.

I'm in India and SSDs cost nearly double there... we receive only half the capacity compared to what Americans pay. I bought mine from the US for about $100 five to six months ago. I agree on the GPUs! I paid roughly $520 USD for my 2060 in March 2019. When I contacted ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte... they won't honor the warranty if I don't buy from Indian distributors. That's the reality I live in. About the PSU, it was a Delta electronics unit... back then it sounded like a good choice for the price and has worked well for me. Should I get the CX 450? I don't want to risk my new equipment just for a few dollars. Yes, the 3700X is $385 here.

it doesn't matter, Samsung SSDs tend to be pricier than other brands even when specs match. That's not surprising, back in the early Ryzen era they were roughly double their value while Intel was about 10-15% more expensive relative to US prices. The grey label option might be worth looking into here
