Hello, incredible tech community! Simply as the title suggests, I had to reinstall my chipset drivers, and it seems to be parking half the cores in gaming, as its supposed to. But I didn't even check beforehand if it is supposed to be parking half the cores in 3D Mark Timespy and Cinebench R23, silly me, nya~! It currently is not parking half in these two benchmarks, and the scores seem to be normal, as they were before, but I'd still like to know for sure, so thanks a head of time, hehe Thank you, amazing community, for your ongoing support and enthusiasm. Your contributions are incredibly appreciated. I eagerly await your responses and look forward to the enlightening discussions that lie ahead. Let's embrace the power of knowledge and keep conquering tech challenges together! Nyaa~!

Thanks! Your results look typical in that range, but it seems your setup has half the cores idle while gaming—unlike what you see on others. Let me know if you need help adjusting it.

That's the usual case I understand.

Consider many evaluations take place in climate-regulated spaces where temperature changes can greatly affect outcomes. For instance, I adjusted from 36525 to 36938 on my 7950X3D simply by opening the window during a chilly evening, lifting the case, turning the fans up to 100, and starting the test. Another factor is the specific motherboard being used. A $699 Asus ROG model can handle these CPUs at much higher sustained speeds compared to the cheaper $299 options, since investing over $300 clearly isn't enough to unlock peak performance from this processor. I enabled PBO on all cores with a -20 curve and left other settings automatic. My 6000 memory timings were set manually, but using the EXPO profile at 6000Mhz caused crashes when waking from sleep.
