I provided additional details to OP regarding background applications and services. I included some images to assist further.

The unusual aspect is the gradual boost in speed. Currently I’m seeing about 470 megabits per second, which is still just half of what I expect. Better than 380 megabits. Perhaps in a month it will reach 600 megabits.

I talked to a few installation staff at work about setting up alarms. They had some cat6 cable in stock and I thought they might have useful insights. One of them said shielded cables aren’t ideal unless the shielding is properly grounded at both ends—they act more like an antenna than a shield. I also mentioned a 2.1 speaker setup, and he pointed out that the subs magnet creates a magnetic field. He suggested relocating it further away. I already own some cat6 UTP cable, so I switched to those. The change didn’t make much of a difference. However, moving the sub did noticeably improve performance. Still, it’s not close to achieving 1Gbps yet. That’s where I stand right now.

Consider adjusting the MTU size to 1380.

Maintains frame dimensions within ISP-related encapsulation constraints, preventing fragmentation now. Opting for 1360 is preferable when a VPN is present.

Attempted the change but got no result. Discussed with their support, who confirmed MTU 1500 is standard on their devices too. They’re sending me their router to test and verify the impact. Neither I nor the support representative seems confident about the outcome.

Have you experimented with speedtest on a different server? The 3ms reading appears too fast for a 1Gb connection, especially if the server is near your location.

Performed a speed test at my office and achieved 1Gbps+, but maxed out around 670Mbit even with different servers. Download speeds are around 960Mbit or less. Could be network issues or the speedtest results. MTU is correctly set to 1500 for Denmark.
