This could be a possibility either with the hardware or the drivers. I've been trying to fix it for a while but it's still unclear if it's a problem with the Ethernet port on the motherboard or something related to the driver. Changing cables hasn't solved the issue, and after reseating the card it works fine.

When the NIC comes with your motherboard, add the model details of your board and the BIOS version you're using. A simple test involves linking the Ethernet cable to a donor device, such as a laptop, to check if the problem continues. Identify the router's make and model if applicable. Determine the operating system in use. If driver issues are suspected, remove the NIC drivers and reinstall them with the newest update.

Samknows checks the ethernet cable for damage by testing it on another machine.
Show your real internet speeds with Samknows to confirm if it's your router.
Open Device Manager, locate your ethernet controller, and uncheck "turn off device to save power."
If needed, download the correct Ethernet drivers from the manufacturer's website (usually on their motherboards site) since you may not have them already.
