Hello, I just set up my Windows and drivers. The Ethernet card is already installed on the motherboard. However, Windows isn't recognizing my connection. Could someone assist me with this issue?

Exactly? No cables present? That means the cable is damaged or not linked to anything on the other end. No DCHP server and no IP address provided? Turn on the DHCP server in your router. Some IPs exist but you still can't access the internet? Verify that your router's internet connection settings are correct.

The issue seems to be with a Mobo or Ethernet cable.

However, at the store it works with a plug-in and a connected setup; I assumed the cable was the issue. Perhaps I should test with a different cable.

No cable detected. Are LAN port indicators illuminated?

Your connection is fine, however the router needs adjustments. Reach out to your ISP support team.

It's the same issue I faced before. Apologies for the misunderstanding; my English isn't great. Thanks a lot!
