I'll summarize it briefly. Recently my Ethernet connection was fluctuating, showing only 1-2Mbps despite thinking it was just Ethernet. Wi-Fi also gave similar speeds. I had a 200Mbps link that worked at 220Mbps, used a CAT6 cable with no issues and sub-10ms latency. Tried driver updates, static IP settings, disabling proxies, but the problem persists only on Ethernet and Wi-Fi when using USB3 dongles. The port supports up to 100Mbps, so I expected around that speed. The issue seems tied to the physical connection or driver configuration rather than the network type.

Was ein Neustart oder Netzwerkneustart etwas zur Geschwindigkeit beiträgt? Gab es neue Updates, die mit dem Geschwindigkeitsverlust zusammenfielen? Ich denke, das funktionierte schon lange gut.

Restored IP address to DHCP mode. Reset speed and duplex settings to automatic. Have you attempted a router or modem restart? Is there another device you can connect via Ethernet? Does your phone perform at regular speeds when using Wi-Fi and turning off cellular data?

I connected the cable to my laptop, which was functioning perfectly, and indeed the Wi-Fi speed reached over 200 Mbps on my phone.
