This appears to be the sole relevant page for our discussion. The available options include channels and widths for 5GHz, with both 2.4 and 5 GHz set to "use suggested." The only other related page was simply a list of my IP address. My administrative rights with Comcast are quite limited. I might think about getting a good TP-Link router and reconnecting my personal modem. I shared the list of places I can choose from given my routing limits. If you spot anything you'd like to see, just let me know. Thanks!

Set the 5GHz broadcast to channel 161. Keep the channel width at 80MHz temporarily. You can't change the 2.4GHz settings. Connect using the 5GHz network name and try again.

It's been a tough day, but good news—most of the latency problems are resolved for the game I played. Previously, ping stayed above 600-800; now it only spikes during server reconnects or when starting a new round. During play, I usually stay active with about 35 ms. I also switched my gateway and upgraded to a 5GHz connection on the designated channel/width. Thanks to everyone—this wouldn’t have been possible without you!
