I recently upgraded my PC completely, replacing everything and installing a fresh Windows version along with a new CPU and Mobo card. The issue is that it doesn’t load properly with any graphics card except an older one. I’ve tested various cards, including a 3080 and another 3080, but they all cause problems. It loads when connected to the Mobo or with an older 980 Ti, but not with 30 series cards. It can boot into safe mode with newer cards but not a normal boot. I suspect the problem might be related to rebar. I’ve updated the BIOS, turned off expo, and reinstalled Windows, but the behavior changes each time I install. Please help me out—I really need your assistance.

Have you checked for a vBIOS update on your GPU? Jay shared a video about a BIOS/vBIOS compatibility problem previously. It seems to match your experience, such as with older GPUs working while newer ones don't.

However, I'll attempt it regardless.
