I purchased a new SSD and need to set up my operating system there. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate and downloaded updates to upgrade to Windows 10. Is this a clean installation already, or should I completely erase everything and start fresh with Windows 10? Because they recommend a clean install to prevent issues. Could you help me decide what to do so I don’t face problems later? Thank you.

Restart it again. That should work. Proceed with the cleanup afterward.

I managed to fix it myself. Hehe. I reinstalled Windows 10 and activated it digitally.
