yeah in the UK this is a straight up mess for the escapist. there libel rests almost completely on the offender to prove alligations made. IE calling someone a drunkard you need to have proof, like repeated records of DWI ect. Where as the US side, it's up to CIG to prove that Escpaist knew what they were saying was false

(I might have overstepped.) Where did you find this information? Also, I’m planning to award 1000UEC to the group whenever I talk about DS or related matters. Honestly, I’m surprised they won’t counter-sue if he does. I don’t know U.S. law, but I imagine they could get a gag order for harassment.
