I recently set up a Strix GTX 1080 and it has started to crash or produce artifacts during certain gameplay sessions. I’m seeking someone with deeper log analysis skills to assist in fixing the problem.
The system is a Dell Inspiron 660. The Windows Event Viewer has displayed three distinct logs at times.

Attempt to DDU then reinstall the GPU. What PSU do you have? Is it sufficient to power a 1080? I’m not certain about the other components, but I’d say you’ll need roughly 550-600 watts of PSU.

I owned a custom-built PC when the GTX 1080 launched roughly three and a half years ago. The builder confirmed the 650W PSU exceeded my requirements by ten percent, which helped handle sudden power demands. Avoid using the NVIDIA Experience program—it leads to more complications than necessary since it behaves according to its assumptions.
