Have you attempted using the troubleshooter? (Appreciation to MSFT for the guidance) Execute the troubleshooter: Click the Start button, then choose Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and from the options pick Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.

I've already tried that, but it confirms Microsoft Photos isn't installed and neither is the Microsoft Store. I'm unsure what to do next. The Films and TV app keeps crashing, and I'm getting really frustrated.
