Error with Wi-Fi connection on Windows.
I recently purchased a new laptop along with several other Windows devices on my Wi-Fi network, but they are experiencing issues connecting to the internet. The connection appears successful, yet Chrome displays an error stating it can't reach the site. This issue doesn't affect any mobile devices or Mac OS machines. The Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable after a prolonged wait, sometimes lasting minutes and other times exceeding 15 minutes. My desktop PC, which uses a wired Ethernet connection, functions normally, leading me to suspect the problem lies with Windows and the Wi-Fi network itself. Thank you in advance, Neil.
I've attempted to switch the router on and off several times and even reset it. Switching to a different router hasn't resolved the issue.
Run the following commands in CMD: ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /flushdns. If needed, type them again and restart the system.
During execution of most commands, you encounter a message indicating that no action is allowed on the local network connection due to an active media disconnect.
They received identical responses, and the website remains unavailable. Appreciate your input.
